01Acceptance of Terms

03Account Registration

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposited funds must originate from a payment method or wallet registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and reversal of the transaction.

In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting a game outcome, bat939 reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagered stake to the Player's account balance.

07Prohibited Conduct

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed Terms violation, any remaining balance derived from the violation may be forfeited. 11Governing Provisions
